About us

Biblioreview.com is a project of Biblioworks, an online bookseller offering out-of-print books online since 1998. Our offices are located in Lake Placid, NY, in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. We also are the publisher of WorkingFolk.com, an online resource for traditional, folk and acoustic music.

Review policies: Though our immediate focus is to provide visitors with a choice of published reviews, we includea selection of our own. Publishers or authors may inquire. Click the "Review Copies" button to the left. We will accept your recommendations of published online reviews but will include them if the review site passes our somewhat arbitrary screening process. We accept neither "stock" reviews for inclusion nor "reader's reviews" as featured on sites such as Amazon.com.

Our web design is done in-house, using ASP programming to access our online database. In addition to our book-related endeavors, we offer technical services in Web design, Access Database programming and CAD drafting and programming, and other technical services for the Modular Home industry. Information may be had at our "umbrella" website, northernstudio.com

Broken links: We are currently testing several software applications to monitor links for their viability. If you encounter one, we would very much like to hear of it. Please contact us using the email link below.

Contacting us: Given the daily opportunities for hiking, fishing, canoeing and bicycling, we find it difficult to keep regular office hours. Please bear with us; life in Paradise isn't easy. Therefore, when contacting us, we encourage you not to be shy when encountering our phone answering machine or to raise false hopes for an instantaneous reply to emails.
